As a hiring manager, your vision sets you apart

Candidates are judging a company’s vision more than ever. They’re also looking for the consistency in that vision among everyone who they meet through the hiring process. Having clarity on vision, and having it be big yet realistic, can set companies apart in this competitive environment.

I love hearing from candidates during feedback calls that they’re drawn to the CEO/CTO/COO/etc’s vision, and they are wowed by the consistency across everyone they’ve met with. They're also comparing leadership teams: the vision of their current leaders vs this new opportunity. That vision makes all the difference.
