Interviewers are asking questions that start with "Tell me about a time when..." so you better have your stories ready.
Interviewing, and many other facets of work, is all about storytelling. But it’s not just about having the right stories, it’s about how you tell them.
Here are my two cents:
-Be reflective
-Talk the right amount
-Talk about impact, not just responsibilities
-Talk about how hard it was to do what you did (influence, roadblocks)
-Tell your leadership journey
-Be likable
-Have the right balance of formal and informal
-Be vulnerable and authentic
-Have good questions
